TCI FY18 REIMAGINING SESSION
Bandar Baru Bangi – On March 22nd, 2018, TCI Management held a TCI Reimagining session at TNB Bangi. A total of 30 participants were involved in drafting new projects, programs and processes to achieve a revenue target of RM484 million with a profit of RM19.8 million. This target is part of Presidential / CEO’s aspiration for TCI to achieve RM1 Billion revenue. Previously, the Managing Director held a preliminary reimagining session by explaining the tools and techniques and mindset in the reimagining era. According to Hj Amir, he was satisfied with the previous Reimagining achievement (FY17) where almost 76% of the projects and programs were completed and 20% in the final stages of implementation such as BAAN, new furnace, CCR, OPGW Offering, Big Data Analytic and others. Among the deferred projects are Merger & Acquisition, Manufacturing of 4C Cable, Collective Agreement and others. The next step is to realize the agreed ideas for TCI sustainability.
